Functionally, circFGFR1 promotes PDAC proliferation, migration, invasion, tumor growth, and lung metastasis while inhibiting apoptosis. Mechanistically, cytoplasmic circFGFR1 sponges miR-532-3p to increase PIK3CB expression and activate PI3K-related malignant processes.
