This study identifies circ_BLNK as a down-regulated circRNA in cisplatin-resistant NSCLC cells and tumor-resistant NSCLC tissues. Functionally, circ_BLNK overexpression increases cisplatin sensitivity, promotes apoptosis, inhibits malignant phenotypes, and suppresses xenograft tumor development. Mechanistically, circ_BLNK acts through the miR-25-3p/BARX2 axis. |
