circPDIA4 is a human PDIA4-derived circRNA that is up-regulated in gastric cancer and predicts poor survival. It promotes migration, invasion, EMT, metastasis, and ERK inhibitor resistance by sustaining ERK1/2 phosphorylation and by acting as a DHX9 decoy to enhance oncogenic circRNA biogenesis.
