Description:

circ_0000079 (hsa_circ_0000079, from USP1) is down-regulated in NSCLC, particularly in cisplatin-resistant cases, and low expression is associated with worse overall survival. Functionally, circ_0000079 suppresses proliferation, invasion, and cisplatin resistance by binding/decoying FXR1, disrupting the FXR1/PRKCI complex and reducing downstream signaling that supports EMT and drug resistance.
