Description:

circRPS19 is upregulated in gastric cancer cells and promotes tumor cell proliferation and aerobic glycolysis while inhibiting apoptosis. Mechanistically, it sponges miR-125a-5p to increase USP7, which deubiquitinates and stabilizes HK2 protein, enhancing glycolysis and GC progression in vitro and in vivo.
