Description:

circCDR1as is upregulated in PM2.5-exposed lung cancer cells and promotes PM2.5-induced malignant progression. Mechanistically, it binds SRSF1, inhibits PARK2-mediated ubiquitination and degradation of SRSF1, regulates VEGFA mRNA splicing, and activates Wnt/beta-catenin signaling to enhance malignant behavior and suppress apoptosis.
