circPTK2 is an upregulated human circRNA derived from PTK2 in bladder cancer tissues and gemcitabine-resistant BCa cells. It promotes EMT-mediated migration, invasion, lymph node metastasis, and gemcitabine resistance by binding PABPC1 and enhancing PABPC1-dependent stabilization of SETDB1 mRNA, thereby increasing SETDB1 expression.
