Description:

Circ-CD44 is upregulated in colorectal cancer, especially in oxaliplatin-resistant CRC tissues and cells. It promotes oxaliplatin resistance and malignant phenotypes by sponging miR-330-5p and restoring ABCC1 expression, while circ-CD44 silencing increases OXA sensitivity, induces apoptosis, and suppresses proliferation, migration, invasion, and xenograft tumor growth.
