circPTK2 (hsa_circ_0008305) is down-regulated in NSCLC tissues/cell lines and further decreased in CDDP-resistant NSCLC cells. circPTK2 mainly localizes to the cytoplasm and functions as a miR-942 sponge to derepress TRIM16, thereby suppressing proliferation/migration/invasion and glycolysis, promoting apoptosis, and reducing cisplatin resistance in vitro and in a xenograft model. |
