High circ-RNF111 expression was associated with tumor site, clinical stage, surgical margin, local recurrence, distant metastasis, histological subtype, poor overall survival, poor distant metastasis-free survival, poor recurrence-free survival, and diagnostic value for SACC.
circ-RNF111 is up-regulated in SACC specimens and SACC cell lines and is mainly cytoplasmic. It promotes SACC-LM cell growth, migration, invasion, and perineural invasion by sponging miR-361-5p and increasing HMGB2 expression. High circ-RNF111 expression is associated with adverse clinicopathological features, poor survival, and diagnostic potential in SACC.
