Description:

In this study, hsa_circ_0000395/circ_0000395 was up-regulated in CRC tissues, CRC cell lines, and CRC cell-derived exosomes. It promoted CRC progression by enhancing proliferation, migration, invasion, EMT and tumor growth while suppressing apoptosis. Mechanistically, circ_0000395 sponged miR-432-5p to increase MYH9 expression, and exosomal circ_0000395 contributed to malignant phenotypes of recipient CRC cells.
