Description:

circ-TFF1 is up-regulated in breast cancer tissues and cell lines and is mainly cytoplasmic. It promotes malignant breast cancer phenotypes, including proliferation, migration, invasion, angiogenesis/tube formation, and xenograft tumor growth, while suppressing apoptosis. Mechanistically, circ-TFF1 sponges miR-129-2-3p to up-regulate IRAK1, forming a circ-TFF1/miR-129-2-3p/IRAK1 regulatory axis.
