Description:

circSDHC is up-regulated in RCC tissues and cell lines and is mainly localized in the cytoplasm. It promotes RCC tumor growth, proliferation, angiogenesis, migration and invasion while suppressing apoptosis. Mechanistically, circSDHC acts as a miR-130a-3p sponge to increase CEP55 expression, supporting the circSDHC/miR-130a-3p/CEP55 regulatory axis as a potential therapeutic target in RCC.
