Description:

hsa_circ_0000375 is down-regulated in CRC tissues with liver metastasis versus without metastasis and is proposed to act in a ceRNA network by sponging miR-424-5p to modulate TPM2, SRPX and SRGAP1. Functionally, reducing hsa_circ_0000375 decreases CRC cell migration, and the effect is partially reversible via miR-424-5p inhibition.
