High circ_0016760 expression was related to poor overall survival in NSCLC patients and may be a potent therapeutic target for NSCLC.
circ_0016760 is upregulated in NSCLC tissues and cell lines, and high expression is associated with worse overall survival. Functionally, circ_0016760 promotes malignant NSCLC phenotypes including proliferation, migration, invasion, EMT, metastasis and in vivo tumor growth while suppressing apoptosis. Mechanistically, it sponges miR-876-3p to increase NOVA2 expression.
