Description:

circ_PRKCI is up-regulated in prostate cancer tissues and cell lines. Its high expression is associated with lymphatic and distant metastasis, and functional knockdown experiments indicate that it promotes prostate cancer cell proliferation, migration and invasion. Mechanistically, circ_PRKCI binds and negatively regulates miR-24-3p, forming a circ_PRKCI/miR-24-3p axis that contributes to malignant PCa phenotypes.
