Description:

circ_PDZD8 is up-regulated in lung carcinoma cell lines and is reduced by lidocaine treatment. Functionally, circ_PDZD8 counteracts lidocaine-induced suppression of proliferation, migration, invasion and xenograft growth, while reducing apoptosis. Mechanistically, it sponges miR-516b-5p to increase GOLT1A expression, forming the circ_PDZD8/miR-516b-5p/GOLT1A axis.
