Description:

Circ_0000190 is down-regulated in gastric cancer tissues and cell lines, and low expression is associated with advanced TNM stage and worse survival. Functionally, circ_0000190 suppresses proliferation, migration, invasion and xenograft tumor growth while promoting ferroptosis and apoptosis. Mechanistically, it sponges miR-382-5p to up-regulate ZNRF3 expression in GC cells.
