Description:

circRNF180 was significantly downregulated in HCC and was the main functional circRNA investigated in this study. Its overexpression suppressed HCC cell proliferation, colony formation, migration and invasion, and low expression was associated with microvascular invasion, supporting a tumor-suppressive and biomarker role.
