Description:

circ-FBXW7 is down-regulated in oxaliplatin-resistant CRC patients and resistant CRC cells. Exosome-mediated delivery of circ-FBXW7 sensitizes resistant CRC cells and xenografts to oxaliplatin by sponging miR-18b-5p, promoting apoptosis and suppressing EMT, motility, drug efflux, and chemoresistance.
