Description:

In this study, hsa_circ_0005033/circ_0005033 was upregulated in LSCC tissues and cells and functioned as an oncogenic circRNA. Its knockdown inhibited LSCC cell viability, proliferation, migration, invasion, xenograft growth and Cisplatin resistance while promoting apoptosis. Mechanistically, circ_0005033 acted through a circ_0005033/miR-107/IGF1R ceRNA axis.
