This study reports that circ_NOTCH3 is up-regulated in HCC tissues and cell lines and higher in metastatic HCC specimens. Functionally, circ_NOTCH3 promotes HCC cell growth, migration, invasion, tumor growth, and oxaliplatin resistance while suppressing apoptosis. Mechanistically, circ_NOTCH3 acts as a sponge for miR-875-5p to regulate ZNF146, forming a circ_NOTCH3/miR-875-5p/ZNF146 axis. |
