Description:

This study identifies circMAN1A2 as a circRNA involved in cisplatin resistance in ESCC. HNRNPUL1 binds circMAN1A2 and regulates its formation; reduced circMAN1A2 sensitizes ESCC cells to cisplatin, whereas circMAN1A2 overexpression partially restores cisplatin resistance in vitro and in vivo.
