Description:

circMMP11 is up-regulated in breast cancer tissues and cell lines and functions as an oncogenic circRNA. It sponges miR-625-5p to de-repress ZEB2, thereby promoting proliferation, migration/invasion (with EMT marker changes) and inhibiting apoptosis, and its knockdown suppresses xenograft tumor growth.
