circCRIM1 is down-regulated in osteosarcoma tissues and cell lines, and low expression is associated with advanced FIGO stage, lymph node metastasis, and worse overall survival. Functionally, circCRIM1 acts as a tumor suppressor that inhibits OS cell proliferation, migration, and invasion. Mechanistically, it functions as a ceRNA sponge for miR-513 in the circCRIM1/miR-513 pathway.
