Description:

circ-RNF121 is upregulated in NSCLC tissues, especially chemo-resistant NSCLC tissues, and in DDP-resistant NSCLC cell lines. It promotes cisplatin resistance and malignant phenotypes by sponging miR-646 to increase SOX4 expression; silencing circ-RNF121 enhances DDP sensitivity in vitro and in a xenograft model.
