Description:

In this study, circ_0017956 was upregulated in NSCLC tissues and cells and was associated with advanced TNM stage and lymph node metastasis. Functional assays showed that circ_0017956 promotes malignant NSCLC phenotypes, including proliferation, migration, invasion, angiogenesis and in vivo tumor growth, while suppressing apoptosis. Mechanistically, cytoplasmic circ_0017956 acts as a sponge for miR-758-3p to increase FOXP4 expression, forming a circ_0017956/miR-758-3p/FOXP4 regulatory axis.
