circSMARCA5 is an RBM10-regulated circRNA with direct RBM10 binding at its flanking regions and position-dependent inhibition of circularization. In LUAD cells, circSMARCA5 knockdown reduces growth-related phenotypes, but patient data show decreased tumor expression and the authors suggest its clinical relevance may be limited or context-dependent.
