Description:

circGFRA1 is upregulated in human glioma tissues. In U251 glioma cells, circGFRA1 knockdown suppresses viability, proliferation, colony formation and migration while promoting apoptosis. Mechanistically, circGFRA1 functions as a miR-99a sponge and modulates AKT/FOXO1 and mTOR pathway activity.
