circ_0046263 (derived from P4HB) is up-regulated in BLCA cells and functions downstream of ACTG1-driven splicing to promote EMT, proliferation, migration, invasion, and metastasis. Re-expression of circ_0046263 rescues the anti-tumor effects caused by ACTG1 knockdown in vitro and in vivo, and it contributes to M2 macrophage polarization/infiltration.
