hsa_circ_0008604 (RHOT1-derived) was a WNT-pathway-associated CSF circRNA and was detected only in CSF from lung cancer BM patients in an independent validation set. Knockdown experiments in A549 implied it supports proliferation/invasion, and network analysis linked it to WNT signaling targets (Wnt-3/5a).
