Description:

circAGFG1 is upregulated in colorectal cancer cells and tissues and promotes proliferation, migration/invasion, stemness, tumor growth and metastasis while inhibiting apoptosis. Mechanistically, it sponges miR-4262 and miR-185-5p to increase YY1, which transcriptionally activates CTNNB1 and thereby activates Wnt/beta-catenin signaling.
