circRNF20 is up-regulated in NSCLC tissues and cell lines, correlates with advanced T stage, and high expression predicts poor prognosis. Functionally, circRNF20 promotes NSCLC cell proliferation, and its knockdown reduces cell viability and colony formation. Mechanistically, circRNF20 binds and activates MAPK9 to stimulate NSCLC proliferation.
