Description:

circOSBPL10 is a human OSBPL10-derived circRNA that is upregulated in gastric cancer tissues and associated with advanced T/TNM stage and poor OS/DFS. Functionally, it promotes GC proliferation, migration, invasion, tumor growth and lung metastasis by sponging miR-136-5p and increasing WNT2 expression, thereby activating Wnt/beta-catenin and EMT-related programs.
