Description:

circPIP5K1A is up-regulated in gastric cancer tissues and cell lines and mainly localizes to the cytoplasm. It promotes GC proliferation, migration/invasion and tumor growth while inhibiting apoptosis, acting as a ceRNA that sponges miR-376c-3p to increase ZNF146 expression; high expression is associated with adverse clinicopathological features and poorer survival.
