Description:

circFTO is upregulated in NSCLC tissues/cell lines and enriched in M2 macrophage-derived sEV. It promotes NSCLC proliferation, migration/metastasis and aerobic glycolysis by sponging miR-148a-3p to upregulate PDK4, and high circFTO predicts poorer overall survival.
