Description:

circRERE(4-5) is up-regulated in gastric cancer tissues/cells and in patient plasma, and higher plasma levels associate with tumor size and distant metastasis. Mechanistically, it acts as a ceRNA by sponging miR-571 to derepress ONECUT2, thereby promoting GC cell proliferation, migration, tumor growth and metastasis; ASO-mediated targeting suppresses xenograft growth and lung colonization.
