The lncRNA UCA1 and circSHKBP1 signature distinguished BC patients from controls with AUC 0.804 and showed more optimal performance for low volume tumors (AUC 0.870); circSHKBP1 was also higher in recurrent BC than non-recurrent patients.

Description:

Serum circSHKBP1 was up-regulated in bladder cancer and recurrent BC. Its combination with lncRNA UCA1 showed diagnostic value for distinguishing BC patients from controls, and circSHKBP1 was predicted to act as an endogenous sponge for miR-635.
