This study identifies circ-TTBK2 as an up-regulated oncogenic circRNA in human glioma tissues and cell lines. circ-TTBK2 promotes glioma cell proliferation, invasion, and in vivo tumor growth while suppressing apoptosis, mainly through sponging miR-520b and regulating EZH2 in the circ-TTBK2/miR-520b/EZH2 axis. The axis is proposed as a potential target for glioma diagnosis and therapy. |
