Description:

Circ-XPO1 is up-regulated in osteosarcoma tissues and cells and high expression predicts poor overall survival. It promotes OS cell viability, colony formation and invasion while inhibiting apoptosis, acting mainly as a cytoplasmic ceRNA that sponges miR-23a-3p, miR-23b-3p, miR-23c and miR-130a-5p to increase XPO1 expression.
