Promotes proliferation, migration and invasion, and inhibits apoptosis of laryngeal cancer cells. |

RT-qPCR; RNase R Treatment; Clinical Sample Validation; ROC Analysis; Transfection; CCK8; Colony Formation Assay; Wound Healing Assay; Transwell Assay; Annexin V/PI Flow Cytometry; Western Blot |
| Clinical significance: |
circ-ABCB10 shows diagnostic value for laryngeal cancer (AUC 0.718; cutoff 0.0008; sensitivity 0.981; specificity 0.556). |
| Description: |
circ-ABCB10 is aberrantly expressed in laryngeal carcinoma and functionally promotes proliferation, migration/invasion while inhibiting apoptosis in laryngeal cancer cells. Mechanistically, it exerts these effects by targeting and inhibiting the transcription factor KLF6, and KLF6 inhibition can reverse phenotypes caused by circ-ABCB10 interference. |
