Description:

circSEC24A is up-regulated in CSCC tissues/cells and functions as an oncogenic circRNA. It sponges miR-1193 to de-repress MAP3K9, thereby promoting proliferation, migration/invasion and glycolysis while inhibiting apoptosis; silencing circSEC24A suppresses xenograft tumor growth and is associated with better overall survival in patients with low circSEC24A.
