High circ-NT5C2 expression was correlated with clinical stage and distant metastasis, shorter OS and DFS, and may serve as an independent prognostic biomarker for poor prognosis. |
| Description: |
This clinical study found that circ-NT5C2/hsa_circ_0092509 is significantly up-regulated in osteosarcoma tissues compared with adjacent normal bone tissues. Higher circ-NT5C2 expression is associated with advanced clinical stage, distant metastasis, shorter OS and DFS, and independent prediction of poor prognosis. The study did not experimentally define a molecular mechanism for circ-NT5C2 in osteosarcoma. |
