Description:

circST3GAL6 is down-regulated in gastric cancer and functions as a tumor suppressor. It sponges miR-300 to increase FOXP2, which transcriptionally represses MET and dampens AKT/mTOR signaling, thereby promoting autophagy and apoptosis and inhibiting proliferation and metastasis in vitro and in vivo.
