Description:

circSEC24A is up-regulated in HCC tissues and cells, and high expression is associated with shorter patient survival. Functionally, circSEC24A promotes HCC tumor growth, proliferation, metastasis, invasion and EMT while suppressing apoptosis, mainly by sponging miR-455-3p to increase PPM1F expression.
