| Description: |
This study found that circ-HIPK3 is down-regulated in SCI rat models and CoCl2-induced neuronal cell injury models. Functionally, circ-HIPK3 suppresses neuronal apoptosis and exerts a protective effect in SCI. Mechanistically, circ-HIPK3 acts as a ceRNA for miR-558 to up-regulate DPYSL5, forming a circ-HIPK3/miR-558/DPYSL5 axis. |
