This case-control clinical study found that serum circ-FAF1 is significantly down-regulated in female breast cancer patients compared with healthy controls. Low circ-FAF1 expression is associated with lymph node spread, metastasis, ER negativity, HER2 positivity and higher Ki-67, and serum circ-FAF1 showed promising diagnostic performance by ROC analysis. |
