Description:

circFOXO3 is up-regulated in prostate cancer tissues and serum and promotes PCa cell proliferation and cell-cycle progression while inhibiting apoptosis. Mechanistically, it acts as a ceRNA sponge for miR-29a-3p, thereby relieving repression of SLC25A15 and contributing to PCa progression; it may also have diagnostic biomarker potential in serum.
