Description:

circHN1 (hsa_circ_0045602), derived from the HN1 gene, is up-regulated in gastric cancer tissues and cell lines. Functionally, circHN1 suppresses GC cell proliferation, migration, and invasion in vitro and inhibits xenograft tumor growth in vivo. Mechanistically, circHN1 is mainly cytoplasmic, binds AGO2, and acts as a miRNA sponge for miR-1248 and miR-375.
