Description:

circPTPRM is up-regulated in papillary thyroid cancer and its high expression is associated with poor overall survival. Functionally, circPTPRM promotes PTC cell proliferation, migration, invasion and EMT while suppressing apoptosis, mainly by sponging miR-885-5p to upregulate DNMT3A (circPTPRM/miR-885-5p/DNMT3A axis).
